If you want to change out those rusty U-bolts on your trailer with new stainless steel ones, check out Champion Trailers at http://www.championtrailers.com/
I got the same U-bolts that West Marine sells for 8.99, but I only paid $4.99 with the nuts, but no washers. Half inch washers were twenty three cents, each, locally. I do much price comparison, but I also got twenty stainless steel lug nuts. The price seemed reasonable from what I had seen.

The order came in two days, so I deemed them worthy to be in our OEM forum, considering the prices kicked butt for the U-bolts.

These U-bolts had larger stock The threads are not so drastically rolled as the ones from West Marine. I had two from West Marine and although the thread was 1/2" like the Champion units, the stock was only about 7/16" or less, the best I could tell. They do look a lot more puny, and the nuts are much shorter than the Champion nuts.

Another vote for Champion trailers. Although I can't say I have done a ton of price comparison, I have had quick service from them and never had a problem on an order.

Would Champion also carry parts for an 80's era Calkins wishbone roller trailer?

Have ordered stuff from them on three occasions and have not been disappointed. Their prices for SS U-bolts are much less than at West Marine, with a broader selection and they are definitely more substantial. Their regular SS bolt prices are more than if you buy bulk from McMaster-Carr (provided that you need the qty's of McM-C's put-ups).

They sell pretty much "generic" trailer parts and have some E-Z Loader specific hardware.

Delivery times were ~1 week from placement of order from Louisiana to PA, UPS ground (includes about 1-2 day processing time). These were for shipments that had aggregate weights of 50# - 75#.

Their access is: catalog on the WEB, place order by phone or FAX (or email with no credit card #'s in the order - they'll call you back to get that info), no secure WEB ordering, yet.
