I have a complete 351 PCM and transmission. Full fresh water system. Complete engine. Hook up the water, battery,harness,exhaust, driveshaft, and go. The hours are ??? but based on average boat use and motor year I would guess around 800. Bought as pair, only need one. The unit is a 1996 and runs perfect. Left hand rotation.
