Why do you come to this forum? Apparently Shamrocks are not worthy.

John, maybe you could be a tad less cryptic in your posting? Why do you feel this is the "Best" 20' inboard? I could afford to learn a bit more about that boat.
Also, are you aware that we have an entire board devoted to Inboards other than Shamrock?
I'll let this thread sit here for a few more hours and then I intend to move it to that more appropriate board.

I don't see a cuddy on the "best 20 foot inboard ever" so to me it does not have the appeal that Shamrocks do. The dry storage area a cuddy provides is a Godsend for me.
Glad you are happy with your rig.

I meant to say best looking 20 foot center console inboard ever
Nice looking 20 John. What you lack in finesse, you make up for in taste. Were it mine I might change a couple of small things. Your gas fill is adjacent to two storage compartments. I probably would have gone with a raised rib gas fill, and a couple of pieces of high gloss teak would have made me think someone had my boat out. Very spiffy.

A guy around me had a correct craft just like that, I understand it went to Sea Isle City when he sold it. They are a nice rig, good deep vee too.
But you have to remember, its what is below the waterline on a Shamrock that makes it a beautiful boat - not just what is above. Even though I prefer the lines of the Shamrock just a bit more with a bow that actually sweeps upward instead of staying level.
Vanilla and Chocolate, but both nice rigs.

it's not my boat , I have the 23 , the 20 wasn't made for offshore , an inshore inboard never sold to well , only made them a few years.

This CorrectCraft 20' is a fine-looking, clean-as-a-whistle, completely STRAC inshore boat. If this post started out in the wrong forum, I can understand the dismay of Shamrock owners, however. In the non-Shamrock inboard forum, this is as nice an example as any.

somebody spent a FORTUNE on that boat....it looks very nice.
you might want to check your alternator.....voltage that high will ruin your batts...

It's a nice boat. But far from the best. And is overpriced.

Stay away a couple of weeks, look what I miss! John, I see you're bustin' Shamrock balls, as usual. You've posted many pic's of your ultimate boats over the last six months, but never alluded to what, if any boats you actually owned. Finally! Post them if you got them, and let the masses behold! The CC 23 seems like a fine boat, and in my book, the pilothouse is great looking. But hey, you've been doing all of the critiquing (I sure hope I spelled that right), and I feel that we, as the collective voice for the lowly Shamrock, owe it to you to to accurately depict our feelings for your boat. Give it up! Mike

John, I have always loved the lines of the Fish Nautique, and have always thought that Correct Craft makes the finest slalom boat on the market.
Please share your Fish Nautique with us. It must be real beauty.
Here is a link to pics of my old ski boat which I sold last week.
