Shamrock club Tarpon Tourney in Boca Grande, Fl.

Would like to propose getting together in late May or early June for tarpon fishing in Boca Grande,Fl.

This is a hot spot for tarpon esp at that time of year.

There is a motel on the island with a launch ramp and docks at your door.

There are motels off island nearby.

There are plenty of charters available with local captains who know their stuff.

Good places to eat. Shopping for your wife or ladyfreind.

Let me know what interest there is asap, so I can move forward on this

Hey len im in only one prob, the tarpon in the grand fear me,they all know me as the grim reaper of tarpon,I might be able to sneek up on a few now that im selling my twin vee, and they wont know who i am in this 26 predator, till i let the first one go.ha ha ha just kidding the pass will be packed full of tarps then, and i couldnt think of a nicer sight then the pass packed with 30-40 shammys

How far is that from Naples?

Boca is about 2 hours north of Naples.When we go to see freinds inNaples you have to go all around Charlotte harbor to go south.

Coming from Charlotte you can knock off a good 2 to 3 hours vs Naples.

My Grandparents live in Naples, I am trying to figure out a way to make this trip possible. Need a little more thought, but I like the idea! :D

Already have time off in mid May. Would be very interested around that time. Boat at Port Canaveral and could trailer it down without any problem. Will stay on Palm Island just north of Boca Grande. Have fished there many times. Count me in if can get time worked out. Regards.
