I am posting this with the hopes that a few from this site will be willing to join us, donate funds, or bring your boats over and take a member of our military out fishing for the day. I am coordinating all the registrations and boat assignments and would love to have another Shamrock or two on the water, thanking our troops.
We are hoping to register 150 active duty military for fishing and 300 for a huge cookout at the end of the day. Please join in and let me know if I can answer any questions.. Here are the details!
1st. Annual MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY!!!
MAY 20, 2006 ARMED FORCES DAY held at USCG Station Fort Macon!
The members of North Carolina Waterman, a non-profit organization would like to THANK ALL OF OUR PROUD MILITARY PERSONNEL FOR THEIR SERVICE TO OUR GREAT NATION!
Please join us for a day of:
Deep Sea Fishing aboard the CAROLINA PRINCESS
Fishing on our many private boats
Huge cook out
Tour of Coast Guard Station Fort Macon
Free ferry service to Shackleford Banks
Transportation included!!!
ALL FREE OF CHARGE TO ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY
