I recently ordered about $50 of switches, connectors and wire from them. Pricing was good.

The only (-) was (and it really wasn't a big one) that they held the shipment for about a week for some backordered 16-14, 1/4", heat shrink quick connects - that wasn't the problem:

1) I had to call them several days after placing the order to find out it was being held for a B/O item.

2) (The biggie) When the order arrived, two days after being shipped UPS, the B/O'd quick connects weren't there.

I called them and the guy on the phone sounded annoyed. He quickly said it wasn't at me but at the shipping ppl. He said it was about the 8th call he'd gotten that AM about a shorted shipment. He said he'd send the missing stuff via US Mail yesterday - haven't got it yet.

Update, Mon, 05/21: Missing parts came in today USPS - order complete. http://www.fishtheclassic.net/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

None of the above are deal-breakers for me and I will order from them again but it would have been good PR to have dropped an email saying that they were waiting for a B/O'd item to ship.

Just thought I'd report back on, who I feel is, a decent vendor.
