I purchased a 95 26' Mackinaw with a 210hp Cummins with a max rpm of 2600,It has a 1.22 trans with a 4 blade 17x19 prop and turns a max rpm of 2900. I am trying to get the rpms down where they belong @2600 and was wondering what size props others are running on similar shamrocks.
Any help would be great

Hawg; Don't shoot for 2600 at WOT, go for at least 2700. That way when you are full of fuel and have five guys on board you know you aren't overloading the engine. The existing prop you have should be able to be tweaked to give you some additional speed and drop the rpms, possibly by adding some cup. Also, before you start down this road, double check your rpms with a good photo-tach; it is not uncommom for analog tachs to be off a bit and you wouldn't want to drop the dough for having the prop re-worked only to find you can't attain rated rpm. And when you do have the prop done, use a shop that can scan it and give you a report on what you have and use that as a basis for reworking the prop.
