Shing Ding Tee Shirt Alert!

This is a heads up for anyone who might want a Tee shirt for the "East Coast Rendezvous" at the end of the month.

Danny has jumped in, with his usual gusto, and stirred the pot again! He's designed some graphics for a souvenir Tee shirt and the ball is in motion to see if we can get them done in time for the event. I've talked to the printer and he THINKS he can do it.

Watch this thread for the next day or so (I hope) for pricing and info on how to order them. In the meantime, there is a low res sample attached to get your interest up (hopefully). If we want to be able to distribute them at event time, the order will probably have to go in by this coming Friday (09/14), so there isn't much time to decide.

Wish lists duly noted but am not processing orders until I get firm $$$ numbers from the printer. I don't want to arbitrarily set a price for the shirts if I don't have to.

The Tee shirts will be $17.00 @ + shipping ($4.50 for one $6.00 for 2 or 3). For those picking up their shirts at the Shindig, NO shipping charges. Pricing is based on a minimum order of 25 shirts (which we are informally close to right now).

Sizes available are S, M, L, XL & XXL (for Eyekymo and me, at least :twisted: ).

The way I would like to handle this is... email me at: ftcshindig@verizon.net indicating 1) Your FTC Username and, 2) the number and size(s) of shirts you want. Put "Shindig Tee Shirts" in the subject line. (all email addresses will be held in strict confidence and be used only for the shirt order)

I will then, by return email, send you a PDF order form so you can snail mail it back, filled out with your payment. I will place an order with the printer by this coming weekend, based on the email orders received (NOT those posted in this thread) - I will not wait for the mailed back order forms to place the shirt order, so there is time for that once you have responded by email.

I am doing it this way to keep personal info off the public forums - hope you all can appreciate that (I get enough Viagra spam as it is).


Please respond ASAP so that I can get the order to the printer in time to bring the shirts with me to Cyacht's on the 28th - Thanks and see you there!

The shirt qty is at 30+ at this point. The printer has been given the go-ahead to set up for the order. If anyone missed the order info post (got buried), here's a link to it. The final numbers need to be provided to him by the end of this week to get the shirts by the 28th... Thanks.

The Shindig shirt order is in!

The printer has advised me that I have until the end of the day (5 PM, EDT), today (09/14), to make any updates or additions. Just passing the information on.

There was a decent response to the shirt call at about 40 - now, it's time to see them and all those who can attend the Shindig!

I'm looking forward to it and hope we Easterners will have more.

The shirts are on their way from the printer. Hopefully, I should receive them on Wed, 09/26. To those attending the Shindig, I'll see you there with the shirts. For those who need them shipped I will try to get them out by Oct 3.

I have not yet received all of the hard copy orders for the shirts. Four orders are still outstanding. Those whose orders I have received by snail mail have been sent confirming emails letting them know.
