What ever happend to the Southeast Florida bash? Has there been any more talk about it?
I am very interested in doing this. Maybe even a bash in the Bahamas.

Kind of fell off the radar. Koz was kind of organizing it, but he got sidetracked.

Gladly suggest another get together date. How about Saturday July 19th at Boca Inlet or Hillsboro Inlet. Are their still docks up in Spanish River in Boca that boats can use and you can also walk the the beach? That might not be a bad idea.

Or have it somewhat offshore- raft up at some of the Anchor Bouys of Ft. Lauderdale- not sure if they have bouys of Palm Beach?

Due to the kid's summer schedule, I'd not be able to do an overnight at Peanut Island- also hot as all hadies to camp out for the night.

MC - I'm out completely for sometime. The boat was pulled out today and the oil pan hopefully will be out this weekend. While the boat is out I will be doing the boat only. No other chores, I need to get this boat back in the water (withdrawl). I figure with hick ups and mistakes I will be done in late July.

Sorry about saying I would do it and than having problem after problem come up.

We camped last week end at peanut Island and it was a blast! Not to hot at night nice full moon way cool camp ground . Lots of bait and snook at the dock.The campers get the docks after dust . Great snorkel spot at high/slack tide you have 3 hours of clean pool like water . they only have 20 spots and Friday is better than saturday and 16-17-18 are south east side all sites have coconut palms clean grills and a table . its well guarded and the bathrooms are very clean . I would do it again in heart beat.

MC, the dates you listed are not good for me. I wil be in Boca Grande from the 18th to the 1st. But it looks like after that I am open for anything and it looks like Koz will be back in action.
