2009 West Central Fl Meet (Tampa Bay)

Well its March already and I figured I would get the list going. We may be able to fill all the Slips at Fresco's this year!

Date - Sunday 27 December 2009
Time - 10:00am

Fresco's is located at North 27*46'23.60" West 82*37'53.10". If you look on google earth you'll get a good look at the resturant, public docks (south) and fuel dock (east towards inlet).

Looking forward to great food and a few drinks and with you guys and gals.

Hmmm I just might make this event. It just so happens that I have a friend that lives in St. Pete Beach.

It was a great time had by all there. There is no question it should be repeated.

It is a convenient location, great food at a reasonable cost, hotspot, and not an overworked restaurant. Top quality food and great service is at Fresco's.

I will go there again for this to tour the other shamrocks, eat the tasty food and enjoy the excellent service, and meet up with great shamrock owners, their friends and family.

That was my first shamrock boat meeting 2008 and I will always remember it.

I ended up with a set of very cheap group 27 AGM's from a local guy. They not the group 31's but I will look for those the next time around since I know they will fit.

I am glad it worked out for you. 27's should last you pretty good. Just keep them full and charged.

No boat for me tomorrow. I forgot to call the mechanic shop and showed up on the 23rd to pick it up and they left for Christmas vacation on the 21st.

Very sorry to hear that CT. I hope you still make the trip over anyway. Vic and I should be at Fresco's no later then 10:30. We're hoping that there will be more shamrock owners there this year. It could be a great annual event

I will be there with my brother in law by car. If anyone could give us a little cruise on thier boat I would appreciate it. He came all the way from the UK and I can't even take him out on my own boat!!!:redface:

Weather was not the best but we still had a great time. Glenn, thanks for bringing the camera, and it was awesome seeing you again. I hope your BIL wasn't too bored by our boat chatter. Art, it was good to meet you. Your 246 looks sweet. A great time for me and Vicki. We enjoyed both the company and the food (although the crab cakes were much much smaller than I remember them being). We'll do it again next year!!! I am all for a summer meeting like we talked about. Glenn's idea of Beer Can Island is cool or maybe Egmont Key. See you guys in the bay or online
