If you want to order Burgees, the price is $30.00 for double sided and $20.00 for single sided for framing. The price includes shipping.

The first order to the manufacturer was for 100 double sided and 25 single sided. So if you want single or double sided order quickly, that way if there is a lot of demand I can order more.The price was dependent on volume. We didn’t know how much demand there would be so order quickly so we can update our order if needed.
I have paid for the flags up front so please order quickly and a lot.

You need to email him at the address listed in his post and he will forward the order form to you via your email. Helps him keep track of who is really interested and keeps the thread from getting loaded up with request posts that might be missed.

I've noticed that with the contact arrangement, no one is bumping the notice up. So to keep the burgee notice near the top please tell other folks that you're interested by posting how many you want. Thanks for the orders already sent. Spoke with the flag company last night and the files were okay and the flag as drawn grew 4" in length(12"x22") so they'll be larger then the qouted size(12"x18")No big deal because that is the flag we voted on. They said production is about two weeks but could be sooner. I wouldn't hold my breath. Skip

Will this burgee fit the standard bow rail flag? I don't have the pole here but I believe the spacing is about 6 inches between grommets?

This is the standard size burgee with the exception of length.So I do believe your standard burgee flag pole will be ok.

Tony, If they aren't the right spacing, I'll put an extra grommet in for you special. I have a grommet kit for tarps and they come out looking like factory. I'm worried that I'm going to have 50 extra burgees hanging all over my boat. Now that's a picture I don't want to take.:biggrin:

I have recieved 20 orders for burgees as of today (6/16/09) and hope that there is more interest. I will not cash any checks that I have recieved until then. I ordered quite a lot more flags to get the best pricing so please let me know if you're interested. They should be in at the beginning of next week. Skip

Give it some time. Not everyone visits this site that often. Also a hi resolution picture of the actual product will help it sell.
If people didn't follow the burgee thread they would have no idea they were for sale.

Honestly I had no idea Burgee was a fancy word for Flag and there may be others in the same boat...:confused:

The single sided burgees would fly nicely from the outriggers when not catching fish. They're lighter than the double sided. Just a thought!:rolleyes:

An update as of 12:15PM 7/7/09. I have not recieved our burgees as of now. As soon as I do, I"ll post here. I have not cashed any checks and won't until I'm sure that the flags are blemish free and what we ordered. They were scheduled to arrive yesterday or today but a couple days off is not unusual and I am not concerned yet.
Thanks to all for the kind words. I don't deserve them. I wanted my own burgee and this way I get it first. :biggrin: I hope they are as nice as they looked from the picture sent as the manufactuer's model. Skip
