The engine used a quart of oil in 35 hours of operation, is this about right?
Engine is 351 with 600 hours -I run 30WT.

Use 1 qt every 50-75 hrs. 351 w/850 original hours. 20W50 Castrol with STP. I think that's about normal useage - don't forget that these engines are always pushing - no coasting. Leprechaun
