Get together for the Nor'Easters

I'm jealous of you folks who can go to the Bahamas, it would be a slightly longer trip for me from RI, anyway I was thinking that those of us up North might want to try one of our own rendezvous. How about Essex Island Marina in Essex, CT (up the Connecticut River)? I see many clubs using their facilities for get togethers. I’ll be there Monday June 30th and Tuesday July 1st for anyone who wants drop by. Lots of family stuff to do in and around town. Any questions email or call. I have a 2002 Mac.

I like the idea of a N. E. rendezvous for Shamrock owners. In lieu of the Bahamas how about Block Island? Lots of shopping for the wives and it's close to some great fishing.

The bar at Payne's Dock is a great place to swap stories, all factual of course.

You could collect me on your way down the Bay.

Sounds like a great idea. A freind of mine has a Bertram and last year was at Block Island in August. Soundings did a big article about it. This year they plan on Montauk. I think Holty would go!
