Dude, I accidentally deleted your PM asking for a good rebuilder on Long Island - PM me again and I'll give you that info.

It was me Lep. I have an extra 71c that I'd eventually like to get rebuilt. be nice to have a fresh one around for when it is time to re-power. Although I'm not on LI it's not that far across by boat.

Hey Dan - sorry for the delay.
I have spent some time turning my office upside down looking for L.I. Marine transmission's biz card, which still remains unfound at the moment.
But I went into the archives and found the info for you - here's a cut/paste from a thread from a year or so ago:
"I think that part is not specific to Indmar or PCM or even Mercruiser. I think that's a Borg-Warner part, being part of the transmission. If you cannot find one, I will give you the number of Long Island Marine Transmission. He MUST have about 20 of the things laying around plus he's a great guy:
Paul Henselder
LI Marine Eng. & Trans, Inc.
327-A Skidmore Rd.
Deer Park, NY 11729
Phone/fax: 631-242-5757
He does a lot of field work so if he's out leave a msg or try him later, he's worth it.
This guy is a fountain of valuable info, plus a great stocking source for BW parts, plus he is NOT A CROOK, like so many others I have unfortunately encountered in this hobby."
There you have it.

Thanks Lep!
PS: Tanks are done and back in, I'm glad thats over!
