Three trips on the Mack since friday's launch and I understand why all you Shammy men love your rigs. The power of that inboard is awsome. The flat turns with such a small radius is also neat. The weather on Friday and today (Sun.) was great so we didn't have any seas to test her in, but that will come. Friday afternoon we picked six fat flounder in about 1 1/2 hrs.Not to bad considering the flounder fishing in the northeast in the past ten years. This afternoon we made a few drifts with worms for bass as close to the rocks and boulders as I dared. I used to kiss those rocks with my 23 steiger outboard. No bass yet. It is still early. Most of the time we just cruised around. Backing into the slip is a challenge but I will have it down soon enough. I have a few performance questions that I will post on the mech corner.
