Does anyone know of a product that can be used to seal non skid deck areas? I can get them clean but they don't stay that way very long. I know there are products on the market but does anyone have a favorite?

Try www.woody-wax.com. It's not cheap, but it works. Just follow the directions, it's easy as spraying on and hosing off.
