FINALLY! No obligations that mandate my appearance this weekend. Hatteras is starting to pick up. Anyone else interested this wknd & wants to join in. Sure feel better knowing I have some company out there.

Ya'll better check with the friendly weather forcaster. I skipped work on Mondayand caught tuna up to 60 lbs, gaffer dolphin to 20 lbs.

The wind was NE and the stream was 5 to 6 feet. No shamrock here, I was riding on a 42 foot HATTERAS sport fish.

I'd rather fish my SHAMROCK 246.

NWS forecast for cape hatteras -okracoke island and out 20 miles:

Friday 10-11 foot waves
saturday 5 -6 foot waves
sunday 4 -5 foot waves

not exactly trailer boat weather. this time of the year (late april - early may ) the fishing is great , but you are lucky if a small boat can get out 2 days out of a seven day week. the odds of that being on the weekend you have motel reservations, NIL!!!

thanks for the invite , but I am not going to drive 7 hours to watch the wind blow.
