After working on my boat most of the summer I finally pulled my head out of the bilge and joined my buddy on his twin inboard diesel. We went out to The Dip 70 miles south of Shinnecock Inlet on Long Island and had an excellent day. The final tally was one nice Mahi mahi, 3 Yellowfin Tuna to 60 lbs, and 10 Longfin Albacore to 60 lbs. Also saw feeding Fin Whales and a school of over 1,000 Common Dolphins. The dolphins were bowriding on our boat and you could hear them squeaking; I love days like that! :D
