This is the logical extension of a fishing trip.
This is the way my friend, Holty, does it. Remenber, this is from a fishing trip and not to be used for store bought. Ugh!!!
The fish is cleaned and skinned. Cut the filets in one person portions and put on aluminum foil just so you can wrap it up. First, a smear of mayonaise over the whole portion, salt&pepper, squese lemon on, two pats of butter and smother with onion. If you like tomatoes, cut a big slice and put on top.
Holy cow, we forgot the basil. Put some freggin' basil on , please.
Wrap it up good, not too tight and put on the barbie.
It could go for maybe 12 minutes or so. Check it so as not to screw it up.
These things happen in the industry.
