Thanksgiving moring we took Slamrock out for her first trip with the new heart (Yanmar 170hp more later on the re-power). 12 miles out we droped the hook in 35 feet of water and it was on. Over the course of about a half of an hour we brought 15 grouper to the boat, along with a few grey snapper (grunt). Being the conservitive fishermen that we are, we only kept fish for dinner. One just over limit at 24 inches and the second with a head like a Bulldog at 34 inches. What a way to spend Thanksgiving.
