After reworking the cabin and V berth area of the Mack I needed three new cushions. I made templates with Tyvek house wrap and sent them to Cape Canvas . There price seemed reasonable so I had them make new skins for the existing four cushions as well. I went with the 2003 Shamrock material that you can see in the cabins of the boats on there site. They are very happy about Bo Palmer buying Shamrock and the move back to Cape Coral. I will give a report on the job when I get the new cushions ( about two weeks).

Cape Canvas did a great job of sewing a flap on my windshield at a very reasonable price.

Cape canvas did a great job on the cushions for the expanded V bunk area I created in the Mack. They made up four skins( I used the existing foam) and three new cushions ( skins and foam). The price was $525 plus tax.......but I got nailed by UPS for oversized shipping at $ 100. Still the total price was more reasonable then my local canvas guy. I went with the Sunbrella hunter green and they sewed on dark green vinyl bottoms. I needed to make the foam for the large center cushion three inches longer so I used contact cement to add another piece of foam on.Worked out great.
