$775 beat the heck outta my price, but still was considerably under Cummins list. If I have to do it again, I might go custom and try to have a riser fashioned. It's a bit scarey having only ~6" above waterline to the turbo.

Default froze turbo

hi guy's
Finally got my turbo & new exhaust elbow Remanufactured turbo was $1025.00
New fabricated mixing elbow $839.10 & gasket's $26.20 all plus 6% tax of course
The mixing elbow was fabricated by D,Angelo marine exhaust of Ft Lauderdale & is quite impressive being really quite heavily built It has a slight difference from my old one The water jacket outlet on the old one had a series of small round holes to eject water into the exhaust tube The new one has larger D- shaped holes This actually has changed the sound of my exhaust & it seem's slightly quieter Installed my new surge chamber w/ a new upper Trident hose & Replaced all the standard clamps in the system with heavy duty T-clamps every thing double clamped Test run was short due to fog but in performed right up to par. New water pump impeller new racor fresh oil & filter change new air filter fresh coolant plus the turbo job Hopefully i am good for the season !!!
BEN
