    I think that was one of the many boats that end up sitting on the Saco River Jetty every year. It's only 10-12 ft tides and about a foot underwater at high tide. Lots of people cut the Bouys intentionally thinking they can get away with it. Then get to sit on the rocks until the next high tide.
